Other than Mawa Gujiya,, Sooji Gujiya this Somasi my mom use to make for every Diwali/Deepavali specially for my elder sister as she used to huge somas fan.. As I am posting Diwali sweets and snacks recipes now here comes another personal favorite for Diwali Sweet Somas, which bring lot and lot of memories for me. Sweet Somas is South Indian version of Gujiya the process is same but with different filling. More than somas we call it Karjikkai.
